Compania românească RCS&RDS, cel mai mare furnizor de servicii de date fixe din România, a lansat oficial reţeaua proprie de puncte de acces wireless (Wi-Fi) la internet în Bucureşti şi mai multe locaţii din judeţele Bihor, Sibiu, Braşov, Argeş, Mureş şi Constanţa.
Prin reţeaua Wi-Fi utilizatorii au acces la internet de pe echipamente compatibile (laptop, telefon mobil, tabletă) fără a mai folosi serviciile oferite prin reţelele de telefonie mobilă. În Bucureşti punctele de acces WiFi sunt disponibile în mallul AFI Cotroceni şi în staţiile de metrou Eroilor şi Izvor, scrie Ziarul Financiar.
