Ora de iarnă se aplică, în fiecare an, în ultima noapte de sâmbătă spre duminică din luna octombrie.

Astfel, în noaptea de 28 spre 29 octombrie 2017, ora 04:00 devine ora 03:00. Practic, se revine la ora normală, pentru că primăvara, în ultima noapte de sâmbătă spre duminică a lunii martie (25/26 martie, în 2017), se trece la ora de vară.

Efecte adverse ale orei de iarna:

– irascibilitatea, tulburările de somn şi cresterea nivelului de stres

– perturbarea rutinei zilnice, care ne ajută să fim organizaţi şi să ne dozăm energia corespunzător
