Targul produselor ecologice, in Bucuresti
Bucurestenii sunt asteptati la un nou atelier de creatie gastronomica din cadrul Targului national al produselor ecologice, traditionale si naturale care se desfasoara, de vineri pana duminica, la Academia de Stiinte Agricole si Silvice “Gheorghe Ionescu Sisesti”.
De aceasta data, sambata si duminica, incepand cu ora 11:00, Rodica Tiplea, din Ocna Sugatag, va prezenta o noua reteta, “prajitura cu mar”.
Producatorii din Dobrogea revin la Targul de la Agronomie, unde Asan Pervin din Mangalia, va fi prezent si la un atelier de gastronomie, de data aceasta, dobrogean. Astfel, pentru pranzul de sambata, bucurestenii pot incerca borsul de peste ca in Dobrogea.
Pentru duminica, mesterul bucatar Pervin va prepara o fasole la ceaun cu tarhon si ghimbir, piper si foi de dafin.
De la standul dobrogean, bucurestenii pot cumpara scrumbie sarata de Dunare, hamsie, braga de la Agigea, un vin Pelin si renumitele produse traditionale – rulada de berbecut Merinos de Palace, carnati patricieni si carnati dobrogeni cu boabe de mustar. (sursa: ZIARE.com)
