40% dintre români, loviţi de stres pentru că muncesc prea mult
Aproape jumătate dintre persoanele active au avut, în decursul unui an de muncă, un nivel de stres peste mediu, potrivit unui studiu realizat de un medic român psihiatru împreună cu alţi trei specialişti. „40% dintre persoanele active cuprinse în studiu au înregistrat, în 12 luni, un nivel de stres peste cel mediu, 4% atingând chiar nivelul de stres copleşitor, iar 10% dintre cei chestionaţi au o tulburare de tip depresiv, ca urmare a stresului”, a declarat dr. Dan Ghenea, medic specialist psihiatru la o clinică particulară din Bucureşti.
Experimentul întreprins de psihiatrul român a fost realizat pe 2.000 de voluntari, lucrători într-o fabrică de confecţii.
Soluţii – 15 minute de pauză la două ore de lucru şi ciocolată neagră
Specialiştii ne sfătuiesc să încercăm să ne facem un program de muncă bine ritmat, astfel încât la o oră şi jumătate sau două de muncă să avem 10-20 de minute de deconectare. „La vârste tinere, se uită că munca este doar o parte a vieţii. Ar trebui să ne rezervăm o parte a timpului şi pentru relaxare şi alte activităţi care ne fac plăcere”, precizează dr. Dan Ghenea. Totodată, psihiatrul Dobranici ne sfătuieşte să ne hidratăm suficient – doi litri de lichide pe zi, să mâncăm ciocolată neagră (cu 75% cacao) sau să luăm lecţii de înot, evitând distonocalmul şi alte asemenea medicamente.
Potrivit specialiştilor, cele mai stresante meserii sunt cele de medic, chirurg, aviator, manager de multinaţionale, mecanic de avioane, asistent medical.
